Tattoo Artist Brand Identity & Website Design

Tattoo artist brand identity and website design project focused on bold visuals, clear UX, and cohesive branding across print and digital.

Objective

To create a cohesive brand identity and website for a tattoo artist with a bold, diverse style. The goal was to design a visual system that felt professional and memorable, aligned with the tone of his work, and made it easier for clients to discover, trust, and book his services.

Process

I began by designing a custom logo using blackletter-inspired initials that captured energy of his tattoos. The elongated spikes and strong contrast were meant to subtly echo tattoo needles, while remaining clean and versatile across digital and print.

For the business cards, I adapted one of the artist’s own illustrations to create a hypnotic, surreal visual that reflected his artistic voice. The reverse side kept things minimal, pairing a clean layout with a QR code to simplify client booking. This contrast helped balance impact and functionality.

The website followed a similar strategy: I built a dark, minimal interface that let his work stand out visually. To solve the common issue of unclear booking systems, I implemented clear calls to action and a streamlined site structure, making the user journey intuitive and effective.

The final result was a brand and website that elevated his online presence and made it easier for clients to connect.
